Five Star Resort Bahamas | How To Get to the Bahamas | Seaplanes in the Bahamas

dsc00442.JPGBelow you will find a list of useful phone numbers and contacts to help ensure your comfort while staying at The Coakley House.  Please note we are not affliated with any of the companies below, we are simply offering information to help you in the planning of your vacation.

  1. Visit www.wegoshop.com.  This is a grocery delivery service. While there is a grocery store within walking distance from the house,  the selection can at times be limited.  With this service you are guaranteed to have just what you want and only suppliment from Ms. Adderley’s store when needed.  This is a great time saver in planning your vacation. You simply provide them with your grocery list, complete with store preferences if you like, and they will deliver your groceries either directly to Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport, if you are taking a private charter, or if you are flying commercially, they are able to get your groceries into the Fresh Creek airport.
  2. For your transportation needs we highly recommend Mr. Johnnie.  Mr. Johnnie is considered to be Fresh Creeks original “Goodwill Ambassador”. He is also able to make arrangements for a day trip to Nassau via a small private charter at reasonable rates. Contact him directly at 1-242-368-2766 days or 1-242-329-7137 nights.

  3. To make arrangments for Bahamas diving or snorkeling expeditions, or one of the Bahamas famous Shark dives, please contact our neighbors at Small Hope Bay Lodge directly www.smallhope.com.
  4. Booking your bonefish guide in advance is always reccommended.  We highly recommend Bradley Mackey aka “Bone Fish Bradley”.  Bradley was in the first group of Professional Bahamian Fly Fishing Guides ever to receive Certification from the Bahamian Government in association with the Fly Fishing Federation.  Please visit his web site for further information http://www.capecodoutdoors.com/AndrosB2.html
