House Rates
The Coakley House is perfect for the group looking for a relaxing place to stay with friends and family. The rental rates below provide the opportunity for a nightly or weekly rate at the Coakley House.

COMMON ADD-ONS FOR BAREBACK PACKAGE INCLUDE:
Chef: We have a fantastic chef available, please inquire about pricing.
We need to know two weeks in advance how many meals you would like.
Grocery Shopping: There is are three small stores, three blocks from the house. If you have rented a car, there are several larger small grocery stores that can be visited. We highly recommend placing a food order or bringing a cooler with your favorite / can live without items. Remember to check the Bahamas web site for what items are allowed and are not allowed.
Please send us your food list request two weeks in advance. You will pay for the food upon your arrival or can pay ahead of time with PayPal.
Dock Rental:
Electricity is costly on Andros Island. We charge a fee of $50/Night to use the power on the dock for your boat.
Ice Machine:
If you would like to use the ice machine for your coolers and for keeping your fresh catch cold, please ask us to turn it on before your arrival. We charge $25.00/day for water and power.
Laundry Service:
The house does not have a washer and dryer available for use. Please inquire as we can launder your clothing for a small fee.
Tours and Site-Seeing:
We would be more than happy to connect you up with someone that can take you on a tour of the island, just let us know.
