Bare Back Package
This is our option for the group looking for a relaxing place to stay with friends and family. The rental rates below provide the opportunity for a nightly or weekly rate at the Coakley House. It gives you the flexibility to decide what you want to do once you arrive on Andros Island. Our philosophy - No Agenda, No Problem!

COMMON ADD-ONS FOR BAREBACK PACKAGE INCLUDE:
Chef: We have a fantastic chef available, please inquire about pricing.
We need to know two weeks in advance how many meals you would like.
Grocery Shopping: There is a small store, three blocks from the house. We highly recommend placing a food order.
Please send us your food list request two weeks in advance. You will pay for the food upon your arrival or can pay ahead of time with PayPal.
Dock Rental:
Electricity is costly on Andros Island. We charge a fee of $50/Night to use the power on the dock for your boat.
Ice Machine:
If you would like to use the ice machine for your coolers and for keeping your fresh catch cold, please ask us to turn it on before your arrival.
Laundry Service:
We can launder your clothing for a small fee. Please inquire.
Tours and Site-Seeing:
We would be more than happy to set you up with someone that can take you on a tour of the island, just let us know.
