The House
Dominating the main house is the spacious living room with all new furniture, large picture windows, and doors that open onto terraces both on the front and back, each offering breathtaking ocean views. Sharing this view via a panoramic bay window is the separate dining room, ideal for intimate dining or hosting a large festive gathering. Or you may choose instead to dine beneath the shade of the ancient sea grape tree that overlooks the ocean. In addition to ocean views, both the living and dining room provide a look directly across Fresh Creek waterway of an old lighthouse complete with cannons aimed reputed to be once the stopping grounds for pirates, namely Captain Henry Morgan.
The Bedrooms
The three master suites, each with a private full bathroom, occupy their own separate wings, offering a king-size bed, fine linens, and furnishings providing privacy, ocean views, and breezes from every vantage point. The fourth bedroom with two cottage style bunk beds sleeps a total of four children or two adults on the lower bunk. This room is the perfect place for singles or children. There is an additional bathroom across the hall from the bunk room. There is also an amazing outdoor shower.
The Kitchen
The house features a well appointed kitchen, including stainless steel appliances. The full working kitchen is complete with all the cookware and utensils needed to complete your Bahamian feast. Or, if you prefer, a private cook can be arranged. There is a five gallon bottled drinking water dispenser and the refrigerator has filtered water and ice.
The Cottage
The cottage is a separate dwelling located on the property with a King bed, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a small dining area outside. The cottage is available for the overflow of your rental. Please inquire about the cottage rates and availability.
